Snow Party Countdown Starlight Flurry is a 1.5-inch mini figure with no articulation. She reuses a G4.5 blind bag mold and was released as part of an advent calendar set along with 24 other figures.

While there is no blue unicorn with yellow hair in the list of characters on Vanessa Mack's site, there is a blue unicorn with pink hair with the name Starlight Flurry who does not appear on the box art while the blue and yellow unicorn appears in the concept sketch right next to the list in the very same image. It is most likely that the character's design simply changed during development and the list's image was not updated, but there is a chance they are considered separate characters. Unless more information is revealed, this article uses Starlight Flurry as the character's name.
