Rosy
Rosy is one of the minor characters in My Little Pony Tales.
She features in the episode Princess Problems and it isn’t mentioned who voices the character. She first appears when the girls are making a play ground for the orphanage. She’s seen painting a rainbow on the fence, saying having her own family would be really nice.
We hear in the episode when Starlight reads out of a magazine Rosy was lost at sea when she was just a tiny baby that’s how Rosy become separated from her family. Through the episode she has blue hair but it turns out to be a rinse which washes off while she is washing Patch’s hair. Rosey tells Melody at the end while Melody’s running down the list of requirements, her birthday and that she does have a birth mark too. This is where they realise Rosey is the lost pony princess they the King and Queen who are visiting to find their baby, were looking for and they just make it before the King and Queen leave to tell them so.
