Pony Friend Llama, aka Rama Llama, was originally produced for Hasbro's "Jem and the Holograms" doll line as Jem's mail order pet llama. Later the llama was offered in a My Little Pony brochure, where she was called simply "Pony Friend Llama" and was said to have come from a distant land.
Rama Llama is about twice the size of an adult pony and is in a different mold than Cha Cha the Llama.
Pony Friend Llama could be ordered for 2 Horseshoe Points + $7.50. It is possible that she was only available in Canada (unconfirmed).
The other ponies in the brochure were the Pearlized Baby Ponies, Scribbles and Dabbles, Baby Sister Ponies Lil Sweetcake and Lil Cupcake, Clipper, the Collector ponies, six Rainbow ponies, bride Satin 'n Lace (Non-So-Soft), and her groom Coat 'n Tails.
