Starlight is one of the main characters in the My Little Pony Tales TV series. Despite this her toy was only available in certain countries, not including the US. An alternate version of her toy was sold exclusively in Holland, Star Pony.

Hair-Do Starlight
Starlight was also released as one of the 'Hair-Do Ponies'. This version has a pearly pink body with long yellow hair and a pink streak in her mane.

Starlight hurried through the door of the Ponyland Hair Salon. Bangles and Beautiful Bows were already there waiting for her. "I'm so excited!" Cried Beautiful Bows to her friend. "Just think of the lovely hairstyle I will have done today" "Wow, this one is great!" said Bangles, flicking through a hairstyles magazine. "Yes, there are so many beautiful hairstyles to chose from!" laughed Starlight.
