- One Mexican variant of Royal Bouquet is orange (sometimes yellow) with hot pink and lavender hair, yellow eyes, and a magenta and purple flower as her cutie mark. Her hoof heart is hot pink. She is in the Walking Pose. She came with a comb, a bowtie hairclip, a flower hairclip, a wand accessory, a mirror, and a bed (colors of accessories vary). This Royal Bouquet was packaged on a traditional card.
- Another is also orange and in the Walking Pose, but was packaged in a transparent pink case in the shape of a house, with 2 hairclips, a brush, and a wand (colors of these accessories also vary).
