Melody's mother is one of the minor characters in My Little Pony Tales. She features in the episodes Battle of the Bands and The Play's the Thing. It isn’t mentioned who voices the character or the characters name but it is stated she works at a hospital as a nurse.
The Battle of the Bands: She features at the start of the episode ironing where we learn there’s no word that rhymes with Orange and to give Melody a dilemma to find a baby sitter for Jing-a-Ling and Ting-a-Ling when Melody want to go sing at the Battle of the Band's competition Dazzle announces on PTV.
The Play's the Thing: She has a small role at the start of telling Melody off whose room is a mess to show the beginning of Melody's inflating ego from believing she's a star.
