Izzy Moonbow is a G5 My Little Pony who debuted in the 2021 movie My Little Pony: A New Generation.

Izzy is a carefree and excitable unicorn from Bridlewood Forest. She loves creative projects like "uni-cyling" (unicorn upcycling).

Izzy Moonbow is one of the stars of the movie My Little Pony: A New Generation. Her iconic "tennis ball" look was the result of a paranoid pegasus guard putting it on her horn in order to quell her unicorn powers.

Izzy is from Bridlewood Forest. As a young filly, she found a lantern with a message that said, "You have friends in Maretime Bay." This inspirational message helped her keep a cheerful attitude, even though most of the unicorns were morose that they no longer had magic. Years later Izzy would travel to Maretime Bay and meet Sunny Starscout, who had written the lantern-message when she was a young filly.

The two of them soon became fast friends, assuring each other they would look out for each other as they traveled to Zephyr Heights. There they befriended pegasus princess Zipp Storm and, later, her sister Pipp Petals. Sunny's childhood friend Hitch Trailblazer also joined them and despite Hitch and Pipp's initial skepticism, all five ponies became friends. The ponies thought that reuniting the three ancient crystals would restore magic to Equestria.

But in the end it was opening their respective communities to acceptance and friendship towards other ponies that actually brought back magic.

During their adventure, Izzy displayed her crafting skills by whipping up a macaroni-art duplicate of Queen Haven's crown and by creating fake horns for her friends so they would fit right in as they searched Bridlewood Forest for the unicorn crystal. After magic returned, Izzy celebrated with the other ponies and helped straighten up Maretime Bay, which had become disheveled during Hitch's absence.
