This is the San Diego Comic Con Pony for 2011. The official announcent about this pony took place on June 28th 2011 via a press release to USA Today's Pop Candy Website.
The Pony will be available first at the Comic Con (21st - 24th July 2011) and after that will be sold via Hasbro Toy Store in limited numbers.
