Flitterheart was included in the Fourth wave of Playful Ponies toys. She came with a comb, a molded pig friend, and a wagon that attached to the back leg.

Flitterheart was released in the fifth wave of blind bags. She was depicted as a recolor of Rainbow Dash. Though Flitterheart's name is usually written as one word, her collector card depicted it as two separate words.
