- Sports-Time is a stallion, the first in the My Little Pony line to be cast in the female Gingerbread Pose. A similar situation happened with his Playschool Babies counterpart Baby Schoolbag, who was the first colt to use a filly pose. But where Baby Schoolbag was given the Clydesdale/Shire hooved look of male ponies in the UK comics, Sports-Time was always drawn with bare hooves.
