The human version of Amethyst Star is a student at Canterlot High. She appears as a background character in a couple of the shorts.

Amethyst Star was released in the Neon wave of the Rainbow Rocks line. Her hair is a blend of two shades of light purple. Her right leg is aqua green and her left leg is purple. She has purple and aqua eyeshadow with three aqua gems under her right eye. Her outfit is based on the one she wears in the "Life Is a Runway" music video.
